Consider both UF-sponsored courses and affiliated programs offering study abroad opportunities at UF Study Abroad.
To ensure that a specific course offered by these programs will provide Sustainability Studies credit, email the syllabus of your proposed course to the Director of Sustainability Studies (thiele@ufl.edu). The Director will determine whether the course will secure Sustainability Studies credit and let you know its Cluster designation.
Sustainability Study credit for Study Abroad may also be obtained by enrolling in courses offered through non-affiliated programs and other universities upon approval by the University of Florida International Center and the Director of Sustainability Studies. To determine whether you may receive UF credit for courses provided by the non-affiliated programs and other universities listed below:
1) Meet with a Study Abroad Advisor at the University of Florida International Center
2) Upon confirmation by the UFIC that the course will secure UF credit, send the proposed course syllabi to the Director of Sustainability Studies (thiele@ufl.edu) to determine its Cluster designation.
